Please excuse me while I use this page as a brainstorming page.

This is an unfinished Eon that I am currently creating to play alongside Cometeon.  Some rough ideas/info are the following:

It has been many years since she has been born to the proud parents of Halley & Polaris.  By this time, the Eon is in her "pre-teen" stage.  Having recently evolved from an Eevee, Seiza Celeste is still discovering new abilities.  She is a shapeshifter, simliar to Ditto, except keeping her starry appearance reflecting different constellations.

Type: Psychic/Ice
Basic Form: Deep blue fur, stars to make up her frame, star on forehead, spine & tail from Stareon. Ears & Poofy mane-under-neck from Cometeon. 

Attacks:(Brainstorming mode): Starry Night, Blessing of the Stars, Cosmic Beam, Astral Focus, Power of the Zodiac (See below)

The Eon can transform into a starry Pokemon once per battle.  These forms are the following:
Transformation: Draco: Takes on the appearance and abilities of a starry Dragonair.
Transformation: Lupus: Takes on the appearance and abilities of a starry Mightyena.
Transformation: Vulpecula: Takes on the appearance and abilities of a starry Vulpix
Transformation: Aquila: Takes on the appearance and abilities of a starry Pidgeot.
Transformation: Hydra: Takes on the appearance and abilities of a starry Gyarados. Note: Must be in water.

She can also summon little constellations to assist her in battle, depending on which Zodiac Constellation is currently empowered.  Obviously the constellations are weaker versions of the Pokemon they are representing.

Note: Still a Work in Progress
The first turn is spent powering up her spell [Power of the Zodiac]. The second turn involves a group attack by the constellations while Seiza focuses on channeling the spell. (She can't attack herself, only the constellations can)
*Stronger attacks require Constellateon to Rest for 2 turns after completing the attack.
*[January 19th - February 18th] Essence of Aquarius: Temporarily summons various Water Pokemon, including Golduck, Mudkip, Azumarill, Empoleon*
[February 18th - March 20th] Essence of Pisces: Temporarily summons various Fish-type Pokemon, including Goldeen, Seaking, Carvahna, Whiscash Note: Limited from needing to be in the water to be effective.
[March 21st - April 20th] Essence of Aries: Temporarily summons  a Mareep & Flaaffy
[April 19th - May 20th] Essence of Taurus: Temporarily summons a Tauros & a Bouffalant
*[May 20th - June 20th] Essence of Gemini: Temporarily summons Latios, Latias, Plusle, Minum*
[June 20th - July 22nd] Essence of Cancer: Temporarily summons a Krabby & a Kingler,
*[July 22nd - August 22nd] Essence of Leo: Temporarily summons Entei, Suicune, Raikou*
[August 22nd - September 22nd] Essence of Virgo: Temporarily summons Jynx & Froslass
*[September 22nd - October 23rd] Essence of Libra: Temporarily summons a mix of elements to represent balance of nature.  Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon*
[October 23rd - November 21st] Essence of Scorpius: Temporarily summons 2 Skorupi. 
*[November 21st - December 21st] Essence of Sagittarius: Temporarily summons Blitzle, Zebstrika, Rapidash, Ponyta*
*[December 21st - January 19th] Essence of Capricorn: Temporarily summons Arceus & Keldeo*
